A rather tedious task, so let’s make a game of it 🧺

I get through a lot of towels, there’s no way I can wash so many towels myself. The worst part would be drying them all. I’m not ashamed to admit I get them laundered. This is why the towels are so fluffy and fresh each time. ☁️

Whilst deep in the monotony of folding towels it got me thinking how I could make it more interesting. So I thought why not film whilst I’m folding. The time lapse taken is a short snippet of the many bags of clean towels that came back from the laundrette.

One year of doing it properly on my own 🎈

Easter weekend marked a full year since taking the leap and going fully self-employed. It’s a bit surreal looking back, especially after 14+ years in the industry leading up to it.

There’s been a lot of learning, a few challenges, and plenty of long days… but I’m genuinely grateful for every bit of it.

A big thank you to everyone who’s trusted me, supported me, recommended me, or even just liked and shared a post—it all means more than you probably realise.

Pain shouldn’t be something you just live with. No matter your age, background, job, lifestyle or fitness level. If something hurts, you deserve help.
