LOOKING FOR EARLY MORNING RISERS that want to become FITTER!!! BEGINNER FRIENDLY & FUN !!! Get your exercise done first thing in the morning. 6.30am start, twice per week.
Suitable for LADIES and GENTLEMEN that feel somewhat de-conditioned and want to lose some belly fat, get fitter, eat/drink less crap, lead a healthier lifestyle and have FUN.
We aim to do all sessions outdoors, but if there is very heavy rain there is an option to use the studio.
Don't worry if Boot-camp scares you, you will start working at the level that is appropriate for you.
All exercises will be shown from easiest to hardest level, and we make sure that you work at a level that suits you, and you can safely progress from there.
Become a BOOT-CAMP WARRIOR!!!

Suitable for clients that struggle to get to the floor, or have other mobility issues.

You will benefit from Pilates and Yoga style exercises seated on a chair, a gentle cardio workout, and weight and resistance training exercises, and work on you balance.

FUN and SOCIABLE with great music.
Suitable for anybody.
