I had the most magical weekend visiting my family and staying at in Rosebank in the Clyde Valley. The sun was shining for most of the weekend and I enjoyed lots of river walks, Qigong on the river bank and a visit to the sunflower experience at . Next year I plan to join the sunflower yoga class 😊🌞🌻

Thank you Miriam for your outstanding hospitality. We had the most magical day appreciating our practice by the river, savouring the most delicious food and enjoying great chat around your dining table. Thank you to the fabulous ladies who joined us. I’m feeling so nourished on all levels.
