What is Yin yoga, you ask?
Yin yoga is a slow, grounding practice where poses are held for longer, allowing you to gently stretch deep connective tissues, release tension, and fully switch off- with or without props.
Think stillness, breath, and reset 🧘♀️
This week’s Flow will gently wind down with a touch of Yin to leave you feeling calm, open, and restored.
