Well, my motto is "Keep Moving", but I have been ordered to rest for 4 weeks to help recuperate my injured heel. Sometimes, rest is best!

Aim for mobility and body awareness.
I run mat-based Pilates and gentle movement sessions on a 5-week basis. Sign up for 5 weeks at a time, with no further commitment.
I will have 2 spaces available for the next set of sessions, which are on Wednesday evenings at 7pm in central Tadley. (First session is 16 February)
