Lack of sleep can aggravate suicidal ideation- if you are struggling with thoughts of su***de please reach out and follow this page - it may just save a life.

Over the next couple of months, I’ll be delivering a series of su***de awareness and prevention training sessions within the community.
This training isn’t about having the “perfect words” — it’s about helping people feel more able to respond when someone is struggling.
This training is open to anyone in the community. You don’t need a professional background — just a willingness to learn and to show up for others.

Making your sleep a priority will benefit your health & wellbeing in so many ways... better concentration, weight loss, more energy, improved mood.

We here at 'I Want to Sleep' are going to be running sleep support groups from February 1st 2021 at 6.30pm over Zoom.
The course is 6 weeks long and for January* only we are offering it for £99. (RRP: £149). Please note spaces are limited.

You will learn everything you need to know about how to achieve a good nights sleep, with the additional benefit of a support community around you.
