Shaman’s Rest is expanding…
What started as intimate healing sessions and sound baths has continued to grow into something truly special, and we are incredibly excited to announce the next chapter of the journey.
From late June, alongside our historic Tudor Row cellar in Lichfield and our sacred woodland work at Nellie’s Wood in the Peak District, we will also be opening the doors to:
✨ The Cottage Healing Centre – Tamworth ✨
A beautiful 500+ year old cottage that will become a peaceful sanctuary for sound, spirit, healing and deep relaxation.
Over the past few years, so many of you have supported the vision of Shaman’s Rest — from the ancient energy of the Tudor cellar… to drumming beneath the trees at Nellie’s Wood… to the powerful sound bath journeys we now hold across the Midlands.
Now the journey expands once again.
The Cottage Healing Centre will offer:
✨ Intimate sound baths✨ Shamanic healing evenings✨ Meditation & drum journeys✨ Crystal healing & spiritual guidance✨ Small sacred circles✨ A peaceful space to breathe, reconnect and reset
This will not be a large commercial venue.The vision remains the same as always — personal, authentic and heart-led.
There is something deeply special about old buildings.The energy they hold… the stories within the walls… the stillness you feel when you enter them.
The Cottage Healing Centre has that feeling instantly.
