Ok got to the bottom of this email situation..... so only 433 emails were sent as 79 customers never open there emails this has a impact on the rest of the emails ...... unfortunately these 79 customers and I know most of them will be deleted from our mailing list as these customers are stopping the emails reaching our other customers

I am going to resend this email and apologies if you have received one.... more information has been added to the email. Please please open your email .... this has a huge impact on our other customers receiving important information.

Going forward after today if you havent received a email you will need to subscribe to the mailing list

Just to confirm when signing up you are asked on the form are you happy to receive emails.... these customers agreed to these emails.... we do not randomly add customers

We have 4500 subscribers and 79 emails bounced out of 433 so it automatically stops sending to customers who really do want to know whats going on

Hey I am away with the hubby till tuesday. We have just got back to our lodge so give me an hr to see why some of you are not receiving the email......

There could be a few reasons
The email provider sometimes filters out customers who dont open there emails often as it costs money to send them to you and beleive it or not affects how theyre sent.

95% of the time I send out important information i do not bombard with emails so if you receive a email in the future and check your spam to .... this will prevent your email from been filtered out

This may not be the case..... but I will look into it as may take a while
