How are you?
This is a question we get asked often - by friends, family, colleagues, at networking meetings, etc.
The standard answer is usually, I'm find thanks or I'm OK.
This answer may be the right one to give to someone else, but when you ask yourself this question, what will the true answer be?
Sometimes you're feeling emotions that can be described as stress, anxiety, frustration or overwhelm.
Physically, you may also feel tired, irritable, and easily agitated, and possibly experience aches and pains.
Your nervous system will be experiencing overload, and a gentle reset is what's needed.
I offer this in the form of a reflexology treatment. During your treatment, reflex points to calm and balance your nervous system are stimulated.
Gentle pressure is applied to the diaphragm and solar plexus to promote deep relaxation.
When the body and mind relax, your natural healing system can be activated.
When you start to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, you start to better understand yourself and will find it easier to put plans in place to change things that will help you to feel better than just OK.
