When your patient brings you a little gift after chatting about skin concerns… 🧡

One of the things I love most about my job is having honest conversations about the things that bother us. No matter how much we know about skin, we all have our own areas of concern.

For me? It’s the dark circles and tired-looking under-eye area. 👀

As practitioners, we’re often the ones giving advice, but we’re also human. We have the same insecurities, frustrations and “I wish I could improve that” moments as everyone else.

So when a lovely patient turned up with these reusable under-eye masks after we’d been chatting about under-eye concerns, it genuinely made me smile. Such a thoughtful gesture and a reminder of the wonderful relationships we build along the way.

Here’s to supporting each other, sharing our concerns openly, and remembering that nobody has “perfect” skin – we’re all a work in progress. ✨
