‘Skinny’ seems to be the in thing again 😱🤦🏻‍♀️ and coming from someone that took cardio way too seriously and lost way too much weight I’ve got to say that nothing feels better than being f**king strong 💪🏻 The only weight I care about now is the weight I’m lifting. As a woman in her 40’s in the depths of peri menopause I feel proud of my body 👊🏻
