It’s amazing what 30–40 minutes of relaxation can do.
When we’re constantly busy, rushing from one thing to the next, our nervous system rarely gets the opportunity to fully switch gears. We become so used to being “on” that stress, tension, busy thoughts, and fatigue can start to feel normal.
Yet in just 30-40 minutes, many people notice:
