Scrolling.
Comfort eating.

We often focus on stopping the behaviour without understanding what purpose it's serving.

Sometimes the behaviour isn't the problem.

It's the clue 🌿

I feel so proud to say that my practice has grown and needed more space.

Thrive now has a therapy room in a 300-year-old former jail in the centre of Taunton.

I’m big on the power of transformation, and what was once a place associated with confinement is now somewhere women come to breathe, reflect, heal, and grow.

Creating this space has genuinely been a labour of love, and I wanted it to feel warm, calm, and safe from the moment someone walks in.

I know therapy is about the relationship, not the room… but environment matters. Feeling safe matters.

And I still can’t quite believe this beautiful old building is where Thrive now calls home.
