I am a Level 4 qualified massage therapist offering Sports and Holistic massage therapies from my treatment room, conveniently located in central Taunton

I offer a variety of treatments from Sports Massage, to deal with any specific injuries or niggles that you have picked up, to Swedish Body Massage to help relieve stress and muscle tension. Also on offer are relaxing spa treatments including

Hot Stones Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Ear Candling, Thai Foot Massage, Holistic Facial Massage and Body Salt Scrubs. This treatment will help to ease general aches and pains in the hips, back and legs and reduce swelling in the hands and feet, all symptoms normally associated with pregnancy. I have also trained in On Site/Seated Acupressure Massage suitable for corporate events/massage in the work place. This is a short effective treatment designed to treat the back, neck, shoulders and head, the most common areas affected by muscle tension. The treatment is performed over clothing on a specially designed chair without the use of oils. This is also perfect for those who feel uncomfortable about having to remove clothing, but still want to enjoy the benefits of massage or for those who just want a quick 10/15 minute treatment. I am available Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 9.30am - 5.30pm and every Wednesday and Thursday from 10.30am - 9.00pm. I am fully insured and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
