A rainy but still beautiful view for my first practice at Kemberton Village Hall… what a gorgeous group of folks we had gathered tonight to practice - some familiar faces and some completely new to the practice of yoga…

✨Young Yoga starts this Wednesday at The Silver Threads Hall - ages 7-12 - get in touch with the hall to book…

✨And don’t miss out on your monthly super-stress-busting Yin Yoga practice on Friday at Big Heart Yoga - booking via their website

✨I’ve also decided to trial a timetable of different styles of yoga for my sessions so you can pick a practice that suits your needs and I can get creative with my skill set!

✨But don’t worry - I still prioritise teaching to the people in front of me so you’ll be able to move at a pace that suits you, just like always 💞

YOUNG YOGA STARTS NEXT WEEK! 🌞

🧘‍♀️ Young Yoga with The Bohemian only a few places remaining!

🧠 This fun friendly beginner class is designed to encourage moment and mindfulness for children aged 7 to 12 years old.

📆 Starts Wednesday 3rd June and runs every Wednesday during term time from 5pm until 5.45pm.

💷 Cost is £28.00 per child per term which works at £4.00 per session

🌞 A quiet one this week, folks, as we have Bank Holiday today and I am completing my Yin Yoga Level 2 this Wednesday and Thursday with an exciting module on Yin and Myofascia!

And a change coming the week after as I move my Monday evening practice to Kemberton Village Hall (starting 1st June)…
