I am currently fully booked until the week commencing 29th June.

June, July and August are my busiest times of the year so please make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.

This is Emily my walking and running buddy her story is heartbreaking and inspiring. After losing weight and feeling hopeful, her life changed overnight when her back gave way, leaving her unable to walk unaided and relying on a wheelchair. She urgently needs spinal surgery to prevent permanent nerve damage and paralysis, but the costs are overwhelming 💔 we are hoping to at least get Emily a new wheelchair.
