Beautiful weather and delicious food what more could you ask for 😁 baked oat doughnuts with fresh berries, coconut and vanilla yoghurt with passionfruit curd keeps me full till tea time (3.5)

Breakfast this morning

Baked oat doughnuts with coconut & vanilla yoghurt and Aldi breakfast topper with Passion fruit curd absolutely delicious and this is a HE fibre that actually keeps me full and satisfied until tea time 3.5 SWIPs of pure heaven

What a day to complete race for life at Telford town park 52’000 as a whole raised by Telford absolutely amazing Had to grab a pic with some very special ladies from my Wellington 5:30 group before taking part ♥️

WOW absolutely amazing spring roll in a bowl one of the challenge 100 winners, I would eat this every night of the week, only change I made was to replace the rice noodles with bean sprouts so completely SP 5 🌟
