Baked oats doughnuts are my favourite go to when I have block days at work, great choice of flavour combinations, Choca Mocha chip, blueberry, coconut and many many more

Latest one I have found is Jammy Doughnuts flavour served with speed berries and yoghurt, this one is absolutely delicious

Great day today

2lb loss at group this morning also nominated for women of the year 2026 results are in next week.

Delicious breakfast when I got home, Cinnamon French toast with speed berries, yoghurt and golden syrup, all for 3 SWIP‘s

Then a beautiful walk up the Ercall with the hubby.

breakfast this morning mocha choc chip doughnuts and they puff up like real doughnuts due to the chia seeds, delicious and filling and all for a healthy extra fibre 1 swip for coconut vanilla yoghurt, speed berries on the side absolutely delicious 😋
