✨Epsom Salts✨

Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) are a simple addition to your foot-care routine. A warm Epsom salt foot soak can be a simple way to care for tired, achy feet.

Warm soaking can feel soothing and relaxing, while helping to cleanse the feet and soften dry, hardened skin. This can leave the feet feeling fresher and make hard skin easier to care for afterwards.

Warm salty-water soaks are also recommended as part of the self-care advice for a mild ingrown toenail. Soaking helps keep the affected area clean and soften the skin around the nail, which can help ease discomfort while the toe settles.

Finish by drying the feet thoroughly, particularly between the toes.

Happy 2nd Birthday, Sole Therapy🤍

Two years ago I took a leap of faith and started Sole Therapy.

It hasn’t always been an easy journey. There have been challenges, long days, and plenty of lessons along the way, but there have also been so many rewarding moments.

I’m incredibly grateful to every single client who has trusted me with their foot care, recommended me to family and friends, and supported my business from the very beginning.

Watching Sole Therapy grow over the past two years has been something I’ll never take for granted, and I’m so excited for what the future holds.
