8 Things I No Longer Do — On My Reiki Journey
Reiki has taught me that energy is sacred and how I tend to mine shapes everything I offer. Here are the shifts that have deepened my practice, my space, and the care I hold for every person who comes to me:
1. I no longer speak negatively toward myself.
Reiki begins within. Every thought and word ripples outward kindness to self is the first healing I offer.
2. I no longer consume fear-based energy.
What I take in, I carry. I choose frequencies of calm, hope and light so I can hold that space for you.
3. I no longer fill my space with sound that lowers vibration.
Sound and energy are one. From my crystal bowls to the quiet between breaths, everything in my sanctuary is chosen to nurture and restore.
4. I no longer give my energy to people or thoughts that do not honour it.
Where focus goes, energy flows. I protect my peace so I can be fully present fully available for you.
5. I no longer welcome energy that drains my light.
Boundaries are not walls they are reverence. I hold space with intention, and invite only what serves the highest good of all.
6. I no longer shrink myself or my gifts.
Self-sabotage dims the light I am meant to share. Reiki has taught me to stand tall — so I may hold space for you to stand tall too.
7. I no longer share every plan before it is ready.
Energy shared too soon scatters. I nurture my practice, my sanctuary and my Master’s journey in quiet, until they are ready to bloom. Results speak louder than words.
8. I no longer invest time or spirit in what does not expand me.
Everything that does not nourish, drains. I walk this path with purpose growing, learning, and serving with every step.
