✨ What a beautiful evening at our Crystal Sound Bath in Narberth ✨

Tonight was truly magical. The soothing tones of the crystal harp filled the room with the most beautiful energy, the venue looked stunning, and the soft candlelit atmosphere created the perfect space to relax, restore, and simply be.

I was so happy to welcome so many new faces, and I’m incredibly grateful that the event sold out. Seeing a room full of people taking time for their wellbeing is something I never take for granted.

To everyone who joined us tonight—thank you. Your support means the world. Every smile, every conversation, every person who chooses to spend their evening with us is deeply appreciated.

Due to the wonderful response, Crystal Sound Baths will now take place on the first Thursday of every month. If you’ve been meaning to come along, I’d love to welcome you to the next one.

Our Narberth Sound Bath tonight is now completely sold out.

We’re so looking forward to welcoming everyone this evening at the Queen’s Hall Narberth for a deeply restorative and calming experience together. 💛

If you have a ticket, please arrive a little early, get settled, and allow yourself to fully unwind into the space.

We’re also so excited to share that our Sound Bath will now be running on the first Thursday of every month, all year round, so there will be plenty more chances to join us if you missed out this time. ✨

You are invited to a gentle Crystal Sound Bath evening combining the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, angelic harp, and soothing group Reiki. This is a deeply calming experience designed to quiet the mind, relax the body, and restore your nervous system.

• Deep relaxation and stillness

• A safe, nurturing space to fully switch off

A small monthly intimate Goddess Reset Evening — a space to truly switch off, soften, and reconnect.

It’s for the women who feel ready to pause, breathe, and be held.

✨ Crystal sound bath & healing harp
✨ Deep guided relaxation
✨ Reiki energy healing
✨ Tea, chocolates & connection

You’ll leave feeling calmer, lighter, and deeply rested.

I’ll be holding these evenings monthly, creating a space to return to again and again 🤍

✨ Last night’s Goddess Reset Evening was pure magic ✨

The crystal sound bowls were absolutely beautiful… the acoustics in the room carried every note so softly and deeply. And the crystal quartz harp, played with Holy Well water… truly phenomenal. It felt like the room itself was singing — something you could feel in your whole body.

Watching you all relax, restore, and gently come back to yourselves was so special 🤍

We shared such a lovely time afterwards too — herbal teas, strawberries, chocolates, and heartwarming chats… before closing the evening with a beautiful oracle reading.

Thank you to everyone who came — your energy made it so special ✨

🌅✨ Sunset Beach Crystal Sound Bath Update ✨🌅

Due to the forecasted rain, our upcoming Sunset Beach Crystal Sound Bath has been postponed to 27th June.

This new date brings us beautifully close to the energy of the Strawberry Full Moon, making it an even more magical and heart-opening experience. We’re truly looking forward to welcoming you then 💗

Please note this is an all weather permitted event, and we will continue to keep you updated.
