31/08/2020
I am pleased to announce the reopening of The Spires clinic wef 01/09/20. There are a number of measures that have been included into the already rigorous cleaning practices. These include an industrial room fogger that will disperse an anti bacterial, fungal and viral (including coronavirus) disinfectant mist to the entire room between patients. An air purification unit, and perspex screen between patients and myself.
Patients must wear a mask to all appointments unless exempt. Temperatures will be taken, and I will be wearing enhanced PPE.
There will be longer gaps between patients to allow the room fogger to function, and for other sanitation practices to be performed. This also means fewer patients will be seen on a daily basis.
Obviously patients that have displayed any of the covid 19 symptoms, or have returned from abroad within the past 14 days should not attend any appointment.
I have gone to great lengths to ensure both my patients, and indeed myself, remain as safe as possible during the current pandemic.
I look forward to greeting you back at The Spires. Domiciliary visits will still be in place for patients that require them, but sadly changes in working practices has meant that they cannot be offered to people outside of Tenterden and surrounding villages.
