A little about me ☺️
My name is Heidi and I am a community nurse and case manager by background. I started my business around 4 years ago when I found there to be a gap in care provision for this service in our area - with many G.P's no longer providing the service. Alongside that, NHS ENT referral waiting times are lengthy and so I wanted to supplement the current provision to ease pressure off of the already stretched service. What makes me different to many others out there is that I am providing a totally 'at home service'. This is particularly useful for people who are housebound or cannot get out due to work or family commitments; people who have trouble accessing clinics due to public transport or just people who would rather be in the comfort of their own home.

I use microsuction as the safest method of wax removal & charge £70 for a home visit which includes a follow up visit for stubborn build ups.
If there is no need for suction I reduce the fee to £30.
