Prolapse or Pelvic Organ Prolapse or POP - when your pelvic organs shift lower and can feel like a bulge, heaviness or dragging at the vaginal opening.
Prolapse does NOT equal surgery. In some cases it is the right option, but not for everyone. There are lots of options that a Pelvic Health Physio can guide you though.
