We spent five beautiful nights at Tresillian House for our recent residential retreat. A place that became a sanctuary for deep healing, rest, and reconnection. Over those days, we immersed our guests in powerful inner work, including spinal flow technique, emotional release, and profound moments of processing that allowed so much to shift and soften within.
✨
There is something incredibly special about being held in such a nurturing environment, surrounded by the peace and natural beauty of Cornwall.
✨
The experience reminded us how important it is to create space to truly feel, release, and simply be.
☀️
On the final afternoon, Saturday, we journeyed to private ancient stone circles, labyrinth and a long burrow at Coskewis, near Helston.
☀️
Standing within that sacred landscape brought a profound sense of grounding and presence. The stones invited stillness, anchoring us back into the earth, into our bodies and into the quiet wisdom of nature itself.
☀️
It was a deeply moving few days of healing, releasing, reconnecting and remembering the power of slowing down enough to process life fully, totally held and supported by us and nature, meaningful practices, and the timeless energy of the land.
☀️
Our retreats are for anyone carrying stress, trauma, grief, burnout, illness, or pain. They are for those navigating loss, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, seeking redirection in life, or simply needing space to process and breathe again. They are for people longing to reconnect with themselves, rediscover the magic within that may have been lost along the way and step out of the rut of everyday survival.
💔
Whether you are feeling stuck, disconnected, exhausted, or simply unsatisfied with life as it is, these retreats offer a safe and nurturing space to slow down, heal deeply, feel supported, and come home to yourself again.
☀️
Our next retreat is at ERTH from 30th September for five nights. Spaces are limited, so if you feel called to join us, please book soon.
We’ll then be returning to Tresillian House in June next year — look out for full details on the website.
