From a size 26/28 to a size 12/14. I never thought that would be possible but have lost nearly 8 stone to be able to walk into a high street shop, pick up ordinary clothes and actually have so much choice.

Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️.

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.
