Join us for our 50p Sauna Community Day and enjoy great company, beautiful views and a chance to slow down for a while. Whether you’re a sauna regular or have never tried one before, everyone is welcome.

We are so excited to introduce our first community day and believe that everyone should have access to try out contrast therapy at least once!!
It’s been known to help with inflammation, cfs, Auto-Immune, depression, ADHD symptoms and so much more!!
