⭐️ Age 18+
⭐️ BMI 28+ for all adults or pregnant women ( or BMI 27.5+ for individuals from ethnic minority groups)
⭐️ Live, work or study in Oxfordshire or be registered with an Oxfordshire GP
⭐️ You must not have been referred, attended or completed a healthy weight service within the last 12 months

⭐️ BMI 30+ ( or BMI 28+ for patients from ethnic minority groups)
⭐️ Buckinghamshire* resident or registered with a GP in Buckinghamshire ( *does not include Milton Keynes residents, unless they are registered with a Bucks GP)
⭐️ Can’t have been a Slimming World member at any time in the last 3 months
⭐️ Pregnant women are accepted but must be referred by their midwife

Back-to-school season often brings a fresh start ❤️

Once routines begin to settle again, many people find it easier to plan meals, organise lunches and make time for themselves too.

A few things that always help me are planning meals for the week, keeping easy favourites in the fridge and freezer, and having healthy lunches ready for busy days.

Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated, it just needs to work around real life.
