🚨 The class refreshes continue! 🚨

A few weeks ago I launched the refreshed Lift Lean / Pilates Fusion workout and now it's time for the next rollout...

Tonight, Pilates Sculpt Fusion gets a brand-new workout complete with fresh moves, the return of the dumbbells (don't panic, we're still maxing out at 2kg! πŸ˜„), and a banging new playlist to keep us moving from standing work through to the mat.

And that's not all... Saturday's refreshed 20/20/20 is finally making its debut too!

It was a wonderful evening filled with great company, beautiful weather and community spirit. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make it such a success.

I've been busy behind the scenes refreshing all of our indoor group fitness programmes, and this week we launched the brand-new Thursday Lift Lean / Pilates Fusion class!

New dumbbell strength routines, self-massage with the spikey balls, Pilates Fusion matwork, and a banging new playlist too! 🎢πŸ’ͺ

The feedback has been fantastic, although the DOMS might not agree! πŸ˜‚

Next up is a refreshed Saturday 20/20/20 featuring mobility, kettlebells and Pilates Fusion.

🌿 Great news β€” 100% of proceeds from my Summer Pilates Fundraiser will now be donated directly to the Save The Square campaign.

With the fundraising deadline brought forward to the end of July and Β£20,000 still needed to secure the future of Vale Square Gardens, every ticket and raffle entry will make a difference.
