60+ Gentle Yoga
Stay strong, mobile, and healthy in a slower-paced, supportive class designed with you in mind.

Each session includes options to suit your body, helping you build confidence, improve balance, and move with more ease.

Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:00
The Hub, Thetford

This warm and welcoming class is suitable for complete beginners.

Yoga helps to improve mobility, flexibility and strength. You work at your own pace and rest whenever you need to.

We start with a slow warm up, followed by some gentle strength and stretch postures, finishing with a guided relaxation.

You just need to bring a mat, pillow and warm clothing along.
