Officially back from holiday!
What a summer it has been… honestly, a summer of a lifetime so far…. 🥹🌍☀️
The few snippets you’ll see in these photos are literally just a grain of sand compared to the amount of memories I’ve brought home with me. So many beautiful places, moments, laughs, adventures and time with the people I love. ❤️
You may have noticed I’ve been a little quieter on social media lately — and honestly, it was intentional.
I think I finally reached the point where I realised I needed a proper break. Not just from work, but from the pressure of constantly being present online.
As business owners, we’re constantly told that we need to post every day, create perfect content, stay on top of trends, reply instantly, show up constantly… and sometimes it can feel like if you’re not doing all of that, you’re somehow falling behind.
But I’ve realised something…
I don’t need to be online 24/7 to prove that I’m working hard.
I’ve worked incredibly hard to build my business to where it is today, and I’m proud that it has grown into something that can continue to thrive without me obsessively checking social media every five minutes. 🙌🏼
Social media is an amazing tool for my business — and I absolutely still love sharing what I do, educating, connecting with my clients and showing you behind the scenes.
But I no longer want to feel like I need it.
I want to be present in real life.
I want to enjoy the moment without thinking, “I need to get a photo for Instagram.”
I want to create content because I genuinely want to, not because I feel guilty for not posting.
And most importantly, I’m not going to burn myself out trying to make everything perfect.
So going forward, I’ll still be here. I’ll still share my work, my clinic, treatments, results and little pieces of my life…
But I’m choosing balance over burnout, real life over algorithms, and memories over content. 🤍
And if you’ve been feeling that pressure too — maybe this is your reminder that you don’t have to be constantly “on”.
Sometimes, it’s okay to just live.
Now… back to reality and back to the clinic tomorrow 😂💆🏼♀️
I’ve missed you all. ❤️
