Sometimes that may include strengthening the pelvic floor with Emsella. Sometimes we need to look at other options or referral.

Heavy, tired or puffy legs? Let’s talk lymphatic drainage. 💜

Lymphastim is a relaxing compression treatment designed to support lymphatic and venous circulation.

It’s a treatment I particularly like for people experiencing that heavy, swollen or sluggish feeling in their legs, and it can also be useful as part of appropriate post-treatment or post-operative care.

The treatment lasts around 30 minutes — you simply lie back while the compression system does the work.

It’s also one of those treatments that people often don’t know they need until they’ve tried it!

“But doesn’t everyone leak a little as they get older?”

Bladder leakage may be common, particularly following pregnancy and childbirth and around menopause, but that doesn’t mean you should simply accept it.

There are different types of urinary incontinence and different reasons why symptoms develop — which is why I believe the conversation should always come before the treatment.

As a Senior Midwife & Pelvic Health Specialist, I’ll listen to what’s happening, talk through your symptoms and explain the options that may be appropriate for you.

For some women, Emsella may be an option. For others, I may recommend a different route.

💜 Why I’m so passionate about women’s pelvic health

For many women, talking about bladder leakage, vaginal dryness, prolapse, changes after childbirth or difficulties during the menopause can feel incredibly personal.

But to me, these conversations are completely normal.

I’m Tracy, a Senior Midwife and Pelvic Health Specialist, and I’ve spent many years caring for women through some of the most intimate and important stages of their lives.

That experience is at the heart of NuYu Treatments.

I wanted to create somewhere women could come and talk openly about concerns they may have been putting up with for months — sometimes years — without embarrassment or judgement.

My clinic combines my medical background with modern treatments including Emsella and EmFemme, but I’ll never recommend a treatment simply because I offer it.

Sometimes the most important thing I can give someone is honest advice about what I think will help — or when I think they need to see someone else.
