I love sending you home with a little something, your choice of a refreshing bottle of mineral water or a soothing herbal tea, plus your own aftercare card for hand reflexology. I'll also pop in a leaflet tailored to you, whether that's better sleep, stress relief, menopause, or pregnancy, whatever suits you best.
Here's how to make the most of it. Give caffeine a rest for twenty four hours, keep a light meal on the menu, sip plenty of water, and treat yourself to an early night. Your body's been through something lovely, let it properly unwind.

Supporting You Through Your IVF Journey
IVF can be an emotional rollercoaster. There are appointments, medications, procedures, waiting, hope, excitement and a lot of worry.
Reflexology can offer you a little space to pause, breathe and connect with yourself during an incredibly demanding time.
My fertility reflexology treatments are tailored around where you are in your IVF journey, with each treatment having a different focus and intention depending on your stage of treatment.
For me, fertility reflexology isn't about promising an outcome. IVF is a medical journey, and reflexology doesn't cause pregnancy or increase the chances of IVF success.
It's about supporting you, the person going through it all.
Because behind every appointment, every injection, every scan and every two-week wait is a woman carrying so much hope.
