What a beautiful day! βοΈ
We live in an age ( myself included when planning sessions and doing admin work) where lots of us sit at desks , work on computers and spend our spare time looking at our phones, and if like me, you also teach on a stage, we have a tendency to lean forward in order to connect more with our participants.
This and other lifestyle factors can contribute to rounded shoulders and a craned neck, which impact on our posture. It all adds up over time ππ»
Here are some of the exercises I do to try and combat that and today is so glorious I chose to step away from my desk and be in the garden βοΈ
No equipment needed. They can be done anywhere, seated or standing and it only takes a few minutes of your day ππ»
