Following our last post regarding our new triage system we are also working with Age UK BANES to further support our patients.
We would like to share the details of their Digital Inclusion Project:
All services are available to people aged 55+. The service is ongoing, so clients are welcome to use it as much or as little as they need.

📱Device Loan Scheme
Our Digital Device Loan Scheme offers free loans of tablets, phones, SIM cards, and speakers - with free data included. No home internet is needed. We provide one-to-one support throughout an 8–12 week loan period to help people build confidence at their own pace.
Available across Bath and North East Somerset, subject to availability.
💻 Laptop Donations
We also have a limited number of laptops available to donate to people on a lower income - including those receiving Pension Credit, Universal Credit, or similar benefits. Please get in touch if any of your patients might benefit.
