🔥 Squat & Press
🔥 Lunge & Curl
🔥 Halo & Knee
🔥 Plank & Rotation
Start with 20 reps of each exercise.
Once you’ve completed all 4 exercises, take a 30-second rest.
Then repeat, dropping the reps each round:

✅ 16
✅ 12
✅ 8
✅ 4
