🔥 Squat & Press
🔥 Lunge & Curl
🔥 Halo & Knee
🔥 Plank & Rotation

Start with 20 reps of each exercise.
Once you’ve completed all 4 exercises, take a 30-second rest.

Then repeat, dropping the reps each round:

✅ 20
✅ 16
✅ 12
✅ 8
✅ 4

That’s strength, cardio, core, balance and coordination all wrapped up in one quick workout. 💪 Let me know what you think 🩷

Windy, wobbly, and trying to stay upright the whole time — but we still got it done 🙌

Two Lift & Sculpt sessions this week 💪

One lower, one upper + abs… same vibe in both.
We ease in with those small bodyweight moves (you know the ones that creep up on you 😂) then into slower, controlled lifting where it really starts to burn.

Both are 30 mins so you can just dip in…
or stack them together if you’ve got the time/energy 👀
