Today’s magical morning was spent learning all about cayenne pepper at the fabulous Four Acre Farm C.I.C

Cayenne Pepper is associated with the planet Mars and the Fire Element in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

In Functional Kinesiology we associate the Fire Element with the

🌶The Small Intestine Meridian - responsible for digestion
🌶The Heart Meridian - regulates circulation and a healthy mental state
🌶The Circulation S*x Meridian - linked to the s*x hormones, including oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone
🌶The Triple Warmer Meridian - linked to the Endocrine system, regulating our stress and immune system responses

Cayenne Pepper is a hot spicey herb that has countless uses in the kitchen as well as health benefits.

It’s been used for

Pain relief, boosting the immune, supporting heart health, increasing blood flow to the brain to clear brain fog and as an aphrodisiac, to name a few.

Emotionally it helps to lift the spirits, dispels stagnation, bringing fire to the soul, the Fire Element is associated with feelings of Joy and Sadness.

Cayenne pepper is best for people who tend to be cool, especially those with cold hands and feet. Great to consider if you’re experiencing a damp, snotty cold.

It’s also a premier herb for warming and stimulating digestion.

😡If you are someone who is “fiery” showing signs of heat or you have dry skin, cayenne pepper may exacerbate your symptoms, so proceed with caution.

Hope to see you there.

Let’s be real: transforming your well-being, career, or personal life takes effort you may not have and, when you’re ready to shift getting of the blocks and keeping the momentum can be hard work.

Kinesiologists use muscle response feedback to pinpoint where your physical, emotional, chemical and nutritional systems are out of alignment and how to make transformative changes.

In this world of information overload kinesiology helps tune out the noise providing peace and space to listen to the wisdom within your body. Your body is constantly communicating with you. Bloating, headaches, anxiety, and low energy aren't just inconveniences, they’re signals telling you it's time to make a change.

When you’re ready to change the Kinesiology Federation will connect you with a qualified practitioner to help you decipher the signals and create your bespoke transformation action plan to restore balance to your system, creating and maintaining health and well-being and enabling you to function better on all levels.

Visit the website, search on your postcode, find a local practitioner and start your transformation today.

CoQ10 is made inside your mitochondria, mainly in the liver. Our ability to produce it is not only affected by statins but also reduces as we age.

When you come to see me to explore why you are aching, in pain and/or lacking in energy I will test different muscles to see whether or not your body would be energized by taking the supplement COQ10.

We will also look at which foods you can eat to help maintain a healthy C0Q10 production as well as explore other lifestyle factors that could be contributing to your symptoms.

As kinesiology is a hands-on therapy it’s hard to explain what you will feel, but there is a distinct difference between a muscle that is switched on and energized and one that is unlocking and in need of nourishment.

N.B I do not advise on medication but am here to support you on your journey to optimal health.

Love Nic x
