I’m going to sound unprofessional for a minute, but honestly, I’m getting fed up with the internet.

I spent years learning my craft. Thousands of hours drawing, tattooing, studying colour, composition, cover-ups, realism, all of it.

For years the comments were:

“That’s Photoshopped.”

So I stopped posting photos and started posting videos.

Now the comments are:

“That’s AI.”

You genuinely can’t win.

Sometimes something looks good because somebody worked bloody hard to get good at what they do.

Not everything is fake.

Not everything is AI.

Not everything is Photoshop.

Sometimes a human being actually spends years obsessing over their craft until they can create something cool.

I don’t even dislike AI. I think it’s an incredible tool.

What I dislike is people seeing years of hard work and instantly assuming it must be fake because they can’t imagine somebody made it.

Anyway, rant over. Back to making cool tattoos.

It’s strange how science improves people’s lives… yet sometimes seems to kill the wonder.

Lightning stopped being “the anger of the gods” and became electrical discharge. The stars became gas. The cosmos became numbers.

But maybe reality isn’t less magical now.
Maybe we just changed the language we use to describe the mystery.

Because honestly… a universe capable of creating consciousness, storms powerful enough to split the sky apart, and humans made from exploded stars is still pretty unbelievable.

I see some new designs brewing!
For the curious minds, overthinkers, cosmic wanderers and people who still stare at storms.
