How to prevent injuries like a PRO FOOTBALLER ⚽ Physio Tips!

Tip 1 - Combine strength training and movement tracking

Tip 2 - Train specific muscles to absorb the harsh impacts of running, kicking, and turning - include exercises such as Kneeling Starts and Box Jumps

High temperatures can quickly become dangerous, especially for children, older adults, and anyone exercising outdoors!

Heat exhaustion and heat stroke can develop fast, causing dizziness, confusion, dehydration, nausea, and even loss of consciousness.

Heat stroke is a medical emergency and can have devastating consequences if untreated.

OUR TIPS:
