KENT POLLEN COUNT 🌿Saturday: VERY HIGH

Saturday’s pollen levels are very high across Kent, with grass pollen likely to be the main trigger.

Main points:
Grass pollen is very high, so hay fever sufferers may notice stronger symptoms during the day.

W**d pollen is high, which could also make conditions uncomfortable for those sensitive to w**d pollen.

Overall, anyone sensitive to grass or w**d pollen may notice symptoms on Saturday, especially when spending time outdoors.

PrymaCare will be at the Sevenoaks Business Show next Friday!

I’m pleased to say PrymaCare will be exhibiting at the Sevenoaks Business Show 2026 at the Bat & Ball Centre on Friday 5th June, 10am–2pm.

I’ll be there talking about PrymaCare’s private urgent care, home visits, remote consultations, ear wax removal and workplace healthcare support.

I’ll also be offering free blood pressure checks and ear health checks on the day, so please do come over, say hello, and have a quick check while you’re there.
