4 years ago, we started with the goal of simply keeping strong and mobile. Today, at 87 years young, she’s planking, doing press-ups, and proving that age is never the limit — mindset is.

Training her each week has been one of the greatest reminders that consistency, determination, and self-belief matter more than any number. She shows up, works hard, and inspires everyone around her.

Strength training isn’t just about muscles — it’s about confidence, independence, and living life fully at every age.

Two years ago, I made a decision that completely changed my skin — I went toxin-free and stripped things right back to basics. No complicated routines, no endless products… just simple, natural ingredients.
