Sunday morning, bright and early, out marshalling at the Whites Landscape Staplehurst 5K & 10K.

A fantastic turnout, plenty of determination on display, and great to see so many runners enjoying the event. Huge credit to all the participants who took on the challenge and to the volunteers and organisers who helped make it happen.

Thank you all for your continued support. I feel incredibly lucky to have a career that I genuinely love, meeting and helping patients every day.

Over the next two weeks, I’ll be attending exams at the New Hall in Maidenhead as I come to the end of Year 2 of my Podiatry degree. During this time, I may be unable to answer calls during the day, but I will do my best to catch up with messages and return calls in the evenings.

Back from our wonderful holiday with so many precious memories made.

Now it's back to reality, and what a beautiful way to start! Another stunning 5am doggie walk, taking in the natural beauty around Staplehurst before the day begins.

Feeling refreshed, recharged, and ready to get back to helping keep your feet healthy and comfortable.

Every day I genuinely love looking after people’s feet and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and cared for 👣✨

Today has been one of those beautiful reminder days about how important balance and wellbeing really are. I started the morning watching a stunning sunrise, enjoyed a lovely dog walk, had a great gym session, then spent time swimming and relaxing in the sauna with my wonderful mum in the most beautiful place ❤️

Now I’m sitting in the garden enjoying breakfast while watching the children play in the sunshine ☀️

Feeling very grateful today for the simple things, good health, family time, and being able to do a job I truly love every single day 💕💕💕

After a very busy week in clinic, it was lovely to finish with a rewarding Forgotten Feet session, followed by a good spring clean 🌿 — the clinic is feeling fresh, organised, and ready for more happy, healthy feet! 😃🦶

There’s nothing better than helping those who need it most and ending the week feeling refreshed and organised.

Now it’s time to put the feet up (just for a little while!) and enjoy the Bank Holiday weekend 👣✨

✨ Limited Appointments Available ✨

I’ve got a very busy few weeks ahead, with a week on holiday at the end of May, a couple of Forgotten Feet sessions booked in (a wonderful charity I volunteer with, providing footcare for those who may otherwise struggle to access it), and then two weeks on placement for my degree in June 📚—alongside an essay to write and exams to prepare for!

My appointment diary is already filling up quickly, so availability for footcare appointments over the next couple of months will be a little limited. I will, of course, do my best to offer convenient appointment times where possible.
