✨ Welcome to The Garden Yoga Studio ✨

If you’ve been thinking about trying yoga, I’d love to welcome you into our beautiful little boutique studio.

Nestled beside the garden, The Garden Yoga Studio is a light, airy and peaceful space designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself. During the warmer months, we open the sliding doors so you can enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as you practise. In winter, the studio transforms into a cosy sanctuary with soft lighting and comforting underfloor heating.

My classes are intentionally small, creating a friendly, nurturing environment where every woman feels seen, supported and comfortable. Whether you’re completely new to yoga, returning after a break, or working with limitations, we will find a way that works for you.

There’s no need to bring anything except your lovely self. Mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps are all provided and set out ready for your arrival (although you’re very welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer).

Fresh water is always available in the studio, and we finish each class with an optional complimentary cup of lemon & ginger or herbal tea—a lovely opportunity to relax and connect.

I welcome women of all ages and abilities. I’m simply a yogi who loves sharing the many benefits of yoga with the women in my community, helping them move, breathe and feel a little better in body and mind.

Join myself and Nutritionist Consultant Julia Spurr for a calm,peaceful nourishing morning of Wellbeing. Learn about how to support yourself naturally during the years of Menopause into your second spring.
Starting our morning with gentle, slow close to the ground supportive yoga, learning how to nourish yourself from inside & out, & ways to calm the nerves system & relax the mind.
Following this a short break for herbal teas and health snacks. Finishing with a talk on all things natural related to menopause to support you through this time of change. Closing with Q& A’s and an informative handout to go home with.
