Whether you're aiming to sculpt your physique, build, power, or transform your body, there's a category for you:

Bodybuilding physique,
Power building/ Powerlifting,
Body transformation

Entry is just ยฃ25, and you must secure your spot by the 1st of October, you'll have 10 weeks to make your transformation based on your chosen category. Compete for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes! You must be a member of Infinity Fitness to enter.

National Caring Day!

On National Caring Day we should all embrace the ones we love/ the things we love. Don't forget to look after your mental health as well as your physical one, as a species we are social creatures,(yes even us introverts of the world).

It is important to take time to appreciate the things we have, the people we have, or the ones we surround ourselves with. Mental health isn't discussed enough, we need to speak up to make a change, you never have to struggle alone. There will always be someone out there willing to lend a hand and take a listen, so please reach out and show you care!

Let's keep moving forward to create a better world.

What is your arm routine like, are you a cable kind of person or a dumbbell person for arms? ๐Ÿ’ช

How many times a week are you training your triceps and biceps.
Here is a quick blast you can try -

Biceps-

Bicep curl, 3 sets of 15
Hammer curl, 3 sets of 15
Concentration curl, 3 sets of 12
All can be achieved with dumbbells.

You can also use resistance bands, cables, or barbells to target your biceps. Even pull-ups can help build your biceps.

Triceps-

Skull crushers, 4 sets of 12
Triceps kickbacks, 3 sets of 15
close grip bench press, 3 sets of 10
Diamond push-up set of 4 for 10

These are just some of what you can do to accomplish your goals. I personally prefer to target these on different days by doing Chest and tris then back and biceps.

You have to love a nearly empty gym. When I look at this, I see potential, potential to be better, stronger, fitter, and healthier. I feel privileged to work in a gym where there is a sense of community, where most people know each other and encourage one another to be their best. I think we all know by now just how much I love a squat! Here is my 200kg squat on a training day. I think training legs is probably my favourite training day. It's also nice to grow them glutes. Don't underestimate the use of proper lifting shoes either. Adidas does some fantastic shoes for weightlifting. Always give credit where credit is due!
