🍂 Setting intentions for the season ahead🍂

September brings with it a gentle invitation to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with what truly matters.

As the seasons change, it can be a beautiful time to pause and ask ourselves:

🍁 What do I want to make space for?
🍂 What am I ready to let go of?
🍁 Where could I bring more peace, rest and balance into my life?
🍂 What intention do I want to carry with me into the months ahead?

Rather than rushing into a new season with a long list of things to do, perhaps this is your reminder that you can simply be.

🍁 Slow your pace.
🍂 Exhale deeply.
🍁 Prioritise peace.
🍂 Trust the season ahead.

Your intentions don't have to be big. They can be as simple as choosing yourself a little more, protecting your energy, resting without guilt, or creating moments of stillness amongst the busy.

Morning everyone and happy 1st September 🧡 🍁Time for a seasonal shift, grounding and a reset.

Summer has gone far too quickly for us, with lots of days out , rest and making memories. I am back to work today and answered most messages, emails etc already.

Taking a break to relax, restore and have some family time. So I will now be closed until Tuesday 1st September and will respond to any calls, text, emails or social media messages then. Having a digital detox to be fully present in our time off together. Thank you 🙏
