If you’ve ever felt unsure about walking into a new strength training class… this is for you 💛
From the moment you arrive, you won’t be left guessing.
You’ll be greeted by your instructor and we’ll check in with you for any injuries, anything you’re unsure about or any questions you may have.
We always start together as a group with a warm up, so you’re not figuring things out on your own.
Before anything begins, we’ll walk you through a full demonstration so you feel confident and know exactly what you’re doing.
And throughout the class, we’re right there with you, adjusting, supporting and guiding you, so it feels more like personal training than just a class.
But more than anything… we get to know you.
How you train, what your goals are and who you are outside of the gym too.
And the best part?
You’ll be surrounded by women who remember what it felt like to be new… so expect a warm welcome and probably a few giggles along the way 🙌🏼
