Hiring a Clinic Lead Band 5
Bay Care is launching and developing its Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury (TDDI) services and is appointing a Clinical Lead to provide immediate clinical oversight, governance and leadership.
This is a progressive Clinical Lead role, introduced at an early stage of service delivery, with clear pay progression linked to the growth and complexity of TDDI activity.
The postholder will lead clinical triage, governance, staff competence and care quality from day one, while supporting the structured and safe expansion of Bay Care’s clinical services.
Working Pattern
• 30 hours per week
• Flexible working days by agreement
• Hybrid working supported
• Occasional flexibility required to meet clinical needs
Essential Requirements
• Registered Nurse (NMC registered)
• Experience in clinical leadership or senior clinical decision making
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and risk management
• Ability to work autonomously and lead clinical practice
• Experience working with complex care needs
• Confident communicator with professionals, staff and families
Desirable
• Community, complex or domiciliary care experience
• Experience working within regulated services
• Knowledge of CQC TDDI requirements
• Experience signing off staff competencies or training
