🏃‍♂️A huge congratulations to Fran for completing the London Marathon this past weekend with an impressive sub-3.5-hour finish! Fran’s achievement is even more remarkable considering he was navigating quad tendonitis during his training. It has been a privilege to support Fran throughout his rehabilitation and performance prep to ensure he reached the start line in peak condition. I was also delighted to assist with his post-race recovery to ensure a much smoother transition back to movement. What an amazing achievement and for such an important cause 👏👏👏
