Just a quick reminder:
If you are 15+ minutes late for a appointment and haven’t let me know, You won’t be tattood and will lose your deposit.

Sounds harsh but it’s the only way to operate a strict busy diary.
By being late has a chain effect on the rest of our bookings.
We don’t want to be known as being late or behind for our clients and earning a bad name for it.

I take pride in being on time for customers.
I come in every day early so I can clean and prep designs aswell as on evenings to make sure I can minimise lateness and let downs and make sure the customers are happy.

I expect the same in return.

Sorry if this seems harsh or unfair but I find running a business on time is very important.
