Relax in a therapy room that is calm and private. With holistic treatments bespoke to your problems. With warm sweet almond oil used, blankets to keep you warm, or fans to keep you cool. Everything here is for your comfort and relaxation. Small groups of 5 are also welcome if you want to come in for some calm and bring friends/family. Treatments to suit all budgets :) Come in for some self care, leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and those aches and pains soothed.

I have treated people with Fibro, Sciatica, Downs Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and other conditions with great results :)

A massage chair that is completely adjustable for your comfort and also a massage table (heated blanket in the winter). Relaxing surroundings and soothing music.

Hello everyone :) Today i am doing Hand Reflexology using Neals Yard Remedies, Lavender and Calendula hand lotion. It smells amazing and keeps your hands feeling soft. Also the packaging matches my chair covers and rug :) It is a William Morris Design (Blackthorn) There is also a new cushion :)

I have a mix and match treatment coming up :) These are popular and today i am doing 30mins Reflexology and 30mins Indian Head Massage on a client using the Aromatic Neals Yard Remedies oil which contains Lavender, Marjoram and Geranium. Lavender House Holistics is excited to announce that I am now offering Crystal Therapy!! This is something that will be added too in time as I get more crystals to use etc.

At the moment I have created a 15min Taster treatment, focusing on the Aura and Chakras.

First I 'fluff' your aura with the purple flourite feather - this gets rid of any negative energy in your aura.

Then, using a flourite pendulum, I check each chakra for imbalances/blockages.

Then I use the chakra crystals on each chakra to balance and unblock them.

I then use the Rose Quartz wand on particular chakras that need some extra work.

I end the treatment, using the pendulum again to check chakras are unblocked and working well :)

Crystal therapy is great to finish off any therapy session, as it relaxes, promotes sleep and helps the chakras do their job more effectively.

I am offering this as an introductory price of £5 for your first treatment :) After your first treatment, sessions will be £10 (same price as all my tasters) Crystal Therapy can also be used combined with Sound Therapy 🪻

Feeling cool at Lavender House Holistics this morning. The fans are on full 🤣 Popular treatments i offer are Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Swedish Body Massage :)

I offer all my 30min treatments as Mix and Match too, for example 30mins Reflexology and 30mins Back/Shoulder Massage.

Struggling to sleep, do you have anxiety/depression? Do you have aches and pains or just need to relax? This is the place for you. My treatments also help conditions such as Sciatica and Fibromyalgia. I have also treated people with Downs Sydrome and Cerebral Palsy.

My treatments are spa standard without the expense. With your choice of warm Sweet Almond oil or a range of massage oils that contain essential oils and have different benefits. Your comfort is important too because then you can fully relax.

Everything is available as a 15min Taster too if you are unsure what to have :)

A full consultation will be done on new clients and a follow up consultation for returning clients.

Hello everyone :) I am set up for Reflexology :) At Lavender House Holistics , your mental health is as important as your physical and emotional health.. all my treatments help anxiety/depression by releasing endorphins into your system, they also help you sleep and be calm. It is important to do self care and have some you time.

I have a bought a little plaque that tells you things you can control and things you can't. I thought it would be useful for myself and clients when they are feeling anxious 🪻🙏
