We're hiring!

Are you a compassionate, organised individual looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to help shape and grow our Bournemouth hub.

In this rewarding role, you'll build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, coordinate day-to-day care operations, and provide vital support to our care team with rotas, schedule changes, and everyday queries.

Location: Bournemouth
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: £26,852.80 per annum + on-call bonus
