I’ve been thinking lately about how we divide our time as mothers, wives and business owners.

We schedule time for everyone and everything else, yet rarely for ourselves. And when we do, we often feel the need to justify it, apologise for it, or downplay how much we needed it.

Why is that?

It doesn’t matter whether you’re religious or not, there’s something powerful about consistency and devotion. Religion is a perfect example of a daily dedicated practice - the ritual, the returning daily to what matters, regardless of how busy life becomes.

Imagine if we poured even a fraction of that same dedication into ourselves.

I honestly think so much of it comes from fear of judgement. Fear of what people might think if we choose ourselves for once.

But what would your life feel like if you stopped waiting for permission to pour back into yourself too?

Two years ago this space only existed in my imagination…

A vision I carried quietly in my heart before the walls were built, and before anyone had stepped through the doors.

And one of the very first people I spoke to about that dream was Gemm from Signatures Sound Therapies.

So hearing her speak about holding sound sessions here now feels incredibly full circle.

To have Gemm’s work woven into the heart of this space as part of our core offering honestly feels like a wish come true. ✨

This space was created to hold people gently -through sound, stillness, connection, healing, and transformation. Watching this vision come to life through the people who share their gifts here is something I’ll never take for granted.

Some dreams are given to you for a reason - it’s important you trust them.

Sometimes the vision is already unfolding long before you can see how it will all come together. ✨
