I think this is what I was searching for when I created The Space.

Not some perfect version of life or polished idea of “wellness”.

Just more moments where you remember you’re alive.

Dancing barefoot as the sun comes up, music playing before the rest of the world has properly woken up.

That feeling of freedom. Of ridiculous joy. Of being completely in the moment.

The Space was never meant to be somewhere you come to escape your life.

It was meant to remind you how you want to live it.

And apparently, for me, that includes dancing at sunrise. 🌅

At The Space, we believe in holding space to pause, breathe and set intentions.

And this morning, that’s exactly what I did.

I followed the sunrise, stepped into the cold water, pulled an angel card and took a moment to simply be still.

No rushing. No noise. Just space to check in with myself, set an intention and begin the day feeling grounded.

Sometimes, we don’t need to do more. We just need to pause long enough to hear what we truly need.

And that’s exactly why I created our retreats, to give you the space, time and permission to slow down, reconnect with yourself and simply breathe.

Because you deserve that time, too. 🤍

Nothing quite like watching the Torbay Airshow from our retreat space to put things into perspective.

For a few hours, the emails, deadlines, worries, and noise all fade away.
